Oops

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. The service

Oops is an iPhone app that helps you keep track of your online orders: you add an order by forwarding its confirmation email to your Oops address, by importing a PDF, or by entering it yourself. Oops shows the status of your orders, the tracking of your parcels and your spending. The app is published by Léa Attias.

2. Licence

Use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by these terms.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address or with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for access to your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete my account), as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Oops Premium

Some features (automatic import by email, analysis of PDFs, automatic parcel tracking) require an Oops Premium subscription, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you manage and cancel it in your Apple account settings. A 7-day free trial may be offered to eligible users under Apple's rules. Without a subscription, your orders remain viewable and editable, and you can still add orders manually.

5. Acceptable use

6. Information shown

Order information is extracted automatically, in particular with the help of an artificial intelligence service: it may contain errors, and the app asks you to check uncertain values. Delivery statuses come from carriers and our tracking provider and may be incomplete or delayed. Check important information with the merchant or the carrier.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change the app and its features.
